Incredible
I rarely write product reviews, but I have to say these enzymes have been incredible. I’m about four months into using them, and I have been able to add so many foods back into my diet. While I still have to be careful with dairy intake, I’m able to eat various types of cheeses which has been a blessing to say the least. I can also have limited sweets, which I haven’t been able to eat for years. I’m also taking a stomach acid supplement in addition to the Holozymes and it seems to be the perfect combination

No problem digesting my food
I take 2 capsules at least 30 minutes before I eat and I have no problem digesting my food. Works better than other ones I have tried. I wish you would make travel size packets with the HCL Guard and the Enzyme for my purse or pocket
