Hi, Steven Wright here. As you may remember Magnesium-HP™ is my go-to solution for our modern-day magnesium needs. It has Zero fillers and is the strongest per capsule dosage on the market.
Not only that but there’s a bunch of glycine in each capsule that is very helpful for gut health.
Magnesium-HP™ is built for sensitive tummies and is helpful in helping to relax and wind down for the day. In higher doses, it’s my go-to product to help with hard stools.
In a world where up to 50% of people are deficient in Magnesium taking a high-quality supplement that also supports your gut healing is very important.
How Do I Use Magnesium-HP™?
NOTE – You can open the capsules if you can’t swallow capsules or want to start with a reduced amount.
Each person’s ideal dose can be variable depending on their health needs and unique circumstances. However, we suggest starting at 2 capsules per day for maintenance of gut and magnesium levels.
Ideally, taken with dinner or before bed if you’d like the relaxing and sleep-supportive benefits.
If you are dealing with more stress or very low measured magnesium levels you may try up to 4 pills per day for 60 days and then work with your health provider to retest your levels.
If you are dealing with hard or stuck stools… We suggest starting at 3 pills before bed going up to a maximum of 6 pills per day for no longer than 60 days. Please keep watch on your magnesium levels with your health care provider.
Getting your hard stools resolved should include other products that help your body rather than just relying on magnesium or vitamin C.
How Do I Know It Is Working?
Within a few days, you may notice a greater sense of peace and calmness. You may notice more steady digestion that is more reliable. Your stools should be more consistent and slightly easier to pass.

What Happens If I Feel….?
Nothing? This is a common experience as a mild magnesium deficiency isn’t very noticeable on a day-to-day level.
Worse? If you are getting worse please stop using it and contact us at support@healthygutcom.bigscoots-staging.com
Constipated? You may need a few extra pills – try 3 Magnesium-HP before bed. If you need more support please contact us at support@healthygutcom.bigscoots-staging.com
Diarrhea? You have moved up your dosage too quickly or too high. Slow back down on the dosage or frequency and add supports to help regulate your bowels. Please contact us at support@healthygutcom.bigscoots-staging.com
Amazing? You found your uniquely perfect dose – stay at that dose/frequency and make sure to get your magnesium levels checked yearly by your health provider.

- If you tend to be sensitive to supplements, start with 1/4 capsule
